Free UK delivery

Standard delivery is free on all orders to addresses in the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. The delivery charge (£0.00) is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch and delivery times

Dispatch: within 1–3 working days of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Delivery: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Total: usually 3–7 working days from order to delivery.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
