Refund policy

This policy is provided by FAMA FOOTWEAR LTD (Company No. 17518439, registered in England & Wales; registered office: 18 Elm Grove, London N8 9AJ, United Kingdom). It does not affect your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods.

To cancel, tell us clearly by emailing contact@famafootwear.shop with your order number. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us that you are cancelling.

Our 30-day returns

In addition to your legal right to cancel, you may return unworn items in their original condition for a refund within 30 days of the day you receive them. Please email us within that period and send the items back within 14 days of telling us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning items

Before sending anything back, email contact@famafootwear.shop with your order number and we will reply with the returns address and instructions within one working day. Please do not send returns to our registered office unless we tell you to.

Return postage: for change-of-mind returns and cancellations, you pay the cost of returning the items. If an item is faulty, not as described or we sent the wrong item, the return is free and we will cover or refund the postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

You may try the shoes on as you would in a shop. Please try them on a clean, indoor surface. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and fit (for example, wear on the soles).

Refunds

We will refund the price you paid for the items (standard UK delivery is free), within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you providing proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to your original payment method, with no fee.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item is faulty or not as described:

within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund;
within 6 months you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or fails, a refund (a fault is presumed to have been present at delivery unless we can prove otherwise);
after 6 months you may still have rights for up to 6 years (5 in Scotland), but you may need to show the fault was present at delivery.

These rights do not depend on, and are not limited by, our 30-day returns period. Returns of faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items are free. Please email us with your order number and photos of the problem.

Exchanges

For a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
