Which currency are your prices in?

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Where do you deliver?

We sell to customers in the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays), and UK delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days, so most orders arrive within 3–7 working days in total. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. As a UK consumer buying online, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods. This is explained in our Terms of Service. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unworn items within 30 days of receiving them. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage; if an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the return is free. Your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 do not depend on this 30-day period. Please contact us before sending anything back.
